Men’s Services Coordinator – Part-Time
The Warrenton Pregnancy Center is seeking a passionate, faith-filled Men’s Services Coordinator to lead and grow our ministry to fathers and men facing unexpected pregnancies with their partner. This part-time position plays a vital role in helping men embrace their responsibilities as fathers, husbands, and leaders while providing practical support, mentoring, and encouragement.
Working closely with the Executive Director and Client Services Director, the Men’s Services Coordinator serves as an advocate for male clients, helping them navigate the challenges of fatherhood and family life. The coordinator also recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises volunteer male advocates who provide one-on-one support and mentorship to clients.
The successful candidate will help develop and strengthen programs for men, build relationships with community organizations, connect clients with valuable resources, and ensure that every client receives compassionate, high-quality care. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on fathers, families, and children throughout our community.
The ideal candidate is a mature Christian man who embraces the mission of the Warrenton Pregnancy Center and has a heart for mentoring and discipleship. He should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, work well in a team environment, and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and dependability. Experience in mentoring, counseling, ministry, social services, or volunteer leadership is beneficial but not required.

Medical Services Director – Part Time
The Warrenton Pregnancy Center is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Medical Services Director to help expand and strengthen our medical services program. This part-time position provides an opportunity to serve women and families facing unplanned pregnancies by offering professional medical care, education, and support in a Christ-centered environment.
Working closely with the Executive Director and Client Services Director, the Medical Services Director will provide prenatal care, STD/STI testing and treatment, and medical-grade pregnancy testing. The successful candidate will also educate clients about pregnancy and fetal development, offer medically accurate options counseling, maintain medical records, and ensure adherence to the Center’s medical policies and procedures.
Qualified candidates must hold a current medical license in good standing and be legally authorized to provide the services offered by the Center (MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Physician Assistant, or Physician Assistant-Certified). Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong commitment to client confidentiality, and a desire to serve women and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

Experience in women’s health, prenatal care, or pregnancy center ministry is beneficial but not required.
