Job Title:            Client Services Director – Part-Time

Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director (ED), the Client Services Director serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking services at the WPC and supervises a team of volunteer support staff.

Reports To:        Executive Director

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to applicants with advanced education.
  • 1-3 years of effectively coaching/training/supervising others

The individual must adhere to WPC’s Statement of Faith and organizational policies, demonstrating strong administrative, communication, writing, and organizational skills. Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs and Sheets is required, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and interact effectively with diverse individuals while maintaining the confidentiality of client information.

General Duties:

This role involves being a proactive and responsive liaison between clients, volunteers, and staff. Key responsibilities include attending weekly staff meetings, advocating for clients and volunteers, and promptly responding to communications within 24 hours. Accurate data entry into our database, maintaining smooth collaboration among client services personnel, and submitting monthly client statistics and stories to the Executive Director are also essential. The role requires written communication of client concerns, volunteer needs, and non-inventoried material goods to the appropriate leadership.

In addition, the CSD trains and supervises non-medical, client-facing volunteers, reviews and recommends updates to client service policies, and maintains the policy and procedure binder. The individual may represent the organization at local meetings and events as assigned by the Executive Director and is expected to travel locally when needed. The role also includes other duties as assigned, all aimed at ensuring high-quality client care and effective organizational operations

Pay:       Negotiable based on experience.
